For many years there were many enthousiasts in the Netherlands busy with cars of the brand Armstrong Siddeley.

In the middel of the '80's there was the idea to start a Armstrong Siddeley car club. In Great Brittain there was already a car club for enthousiast of Armstrong Siddeley, the Armstrong Siddeley Owners Club (ASOC). After some contact there also was a benefit for ASOC if we united, so we could have a better cooperation and better contacts. The first magazine published was in 1983 with on the cover

In 1989 we founded the Armstrong Siddeley Owners Club foundation. This is the current legal status of our club.
Our foundation is offical known as

"STICHTING A.S.O.C. DUTCH"

The foundation has the following aims: To represent the Dutch interests from the in Great Brittain established Armstrong Siddeley Owners Club Ltd., foir the member sof that club and the participants of the foundation. 

The foundation seems to achieve it's aims by including:

- organizing events with Armstrong Siddeley automobiles and other vehicles
- promotion the oppurtunities to get as many Armstrong Siddeley cars in a drivable and good condition and get to keep them.
